I use the desktop translator app to translate large documents and converse with other colleagues who's native language isnt English. You realize not everyone's situation allows them to use your one size fits all opinion. The absolute ignorance you would have to suggest that i use a phone app as a one size fits all solution is the common ignorance that is becoming commonplace in the downward trend of society.
